Sales Team Development

Next Level works with the leadership team to construct a training and development plan that will affect positive change over the long run. Since we do not prescribe any quick-fix solutions, our recommendations will be based on what can be sustained over time. The key to success is agreement on benchmarks and time frames for desired results. Once we have that in place, we can put a plan together that includes a combination of both personal and group training and coaching. Clients have many options ranging from public workshops and classes to customized programs conducted at their offices.

Sales Team Recruiting, Selection, and On-Boarding

Many of our clients come to us when they need help in developing an effective recruiting, selection, and on-boarding program. Since our clients are willing to invest in their people, they must make sure that they are hiring the “real deal.” Next Level has developed and honed an effective hiring model that is currently in place with many clients. The process centers around building a customized process for each of our clients that starts at the beginning in helping them build a people bank all the way through ensuring that a repeatable on-boarding process is firmly in place. Sales and Management Intensive Training

In order to expedite the learning process, Next Level offers five full days of training during the calendar year to jump-start each client engagement. The Intensive is divided into two parts, the first being a three-day Sales System Intensive that is the foundational course teaching the Sandler sales methodology. All clients attend this kick-off program before any on-going reinforcement training is conducted. The second program is a two-day Sales Prospecting Intensive that is designed to help all participants sharpen everything from cold calling to networking to referral generation skills. 

In addition to programs that we lead at our training center, Next Level will conduct both sales and sales management intensive training programs at the client’s location. These programs are highly customized and are built around the key sales and sales management issues facing that particular client.
